Family Lessons

My mother taught me to swim

to jump, to swirl to dance in the sea

My father taught me to fly

To soar to dive to glide through the Sky

My big brother taught me how to roar

The loudest fiercest roar in the woods

I taught my little sister how to hop

Faster and faster until we dropped

Family Colours

When my son wears RED he is daring adventurous.

When my daughter wears green she is bright and beautiful

When my niece wears black she is forthright and upfront.

When my nephew wears blue he asks every question under the son.

When my mother wears yellow she is comforted and loving

When my brother wears white he is outgoing and hugable

When my father wears brown he is sturdy and dependable

When my sister wears my favourite colour purple she is the most beautiful creature ever
